Wheat Grass
(approximately 3 tablespoons per day; Start on one and build up to three.)
1 oz of wheat grass yields 1.5 lbs of vegetable nutrition.
Wheat
grass has: Zinc, choline,
folic acid, magnesium, phosphorous, glutamine, tyrosine,
tryptophane, selenium, etc. All needed!
Daily B Vitamins are also in wheat grass. This is a detox
product. I get surprising questions about this vegetable
whole food, so I must add: In no way is wheat grass related
